AI Engineering

High-velocity engineering as a service, without giving up quality.

Small senior squads, an outcome-based subscription, and production software shipped every cycle.

What we believe

01

You should pay for features, not hours

A timesheet rewards slowness. We price on the output you agreed to, so speed is our problem and your upside.

02

Small senior squads beat big junior ones

Three engineers who have run production systems will out-ship twelve who have not, and they will leave you with less to maintain.

03

AI accelerates writing, not thinking

We use coding agents heavily and review everything they produce like it came from a new hire, because in effect it did.

04

If it is not tested, it does not exist

Evals for model behaviour, tests for the code around it, and a CI pipeline that blocks the merge. Every squad, every repo.

What squads do.

01

Product squads

A cross-functional unit (engineering, product, design) embedded in your roadmap and shipping on your board.

02

AI feature delivery

Retrieval, agents, classification, extraction. Built into your product with the evals and guardrails to run unattended.

03

Platform and infrastructure

Cloudflare, AWS, and GCP. Edge-first architectures, queues, and observability that make on-call quiet.

04

Legacy modernisation

Strangler-fig migrations off systems nobody wants to touch, done in slices that ship weekly rather than a rewrite that never lands.

05

Data and evaluation

Pipelines, labelling, and the eval harness that tells you whether last week’s prompt change actually helped.

06

Fractional engineering leadership

A staff-plus engineer inside your leadership team when the gap is direction rather than throughput.

Questions about the engineering model

What does outcome-based pricing mean in practice?
We scope a cycle together (a defined set of features with acceptance criteria) and quote a fixed monthly subscription for the squad delivering it. If the work takes longer than we estimated, that is our cost to absorb. If scope changes, we re-scope openly before anything is billed.
How do you use AI in your own delivery?
Coding agents write a large share of first drafts, run migrations, and handle mechanical refactors. Every line still passes human review, tests, and CI. The acceleration shows up as more shipped per cycle, which is exactly what you are paying for.
Can you work inside our repos and our cloud?
Yes, and we prefer it. We work in your version control, your CI, your cloud account, and under your security policy, including data residency requirements that keep everything inside Malaysia.
What happens if we want to stop?
Thirty days notice, no exit fee. You already own everything, and we hand over with documentation and a transition period rather than a support contract you did not ask for.

Need a squad shipping by next month?

Tell us what is on the roadmap and what is blocking it. We will come back with a scoped cycle and a price, not a proposal deck.
