Step 1: Build

Create a functional AI prototype or workflow that shows real transformation potential. We are looking for production-grade thinking that prioritises the end user and a business outcome, not a demo that only works on the happy path.

The rules

  • Original and solo. Team projects and client work do not tell us anything about you.
  • Functional. A deployed link or a repository we can run, not a deck or a Figma file.
  • Scoped small. A weekend of work is plenty. We are reading judgement, not endurance.
  • Honest about the seams. Tell us what is held together with tape. Everyone has tape.

Step 2: Submit

Send it over. We review every submission and reply either way within five working days. Strong submissions go straight to a working session with the team, paid and scoped to a few hours.
