Forward Deployed Engineer
Sit inside a client's codebase and ship the systems that come out of a transformation engagement.
You will be the person who turns a strategy document into merged pull requests. That means working in someone else’s repo, under their standards, with their constraints, and raising the bar while you are there.
What you will do
- Embed with a client squad for six-week cycles, owning delivery of a scoped set of features
- Build retrieval, agent, and evaluation systems that run unattended in production
- Write the runbooks and train the client team to operate what you built
- Say clearly and early when an approach is not going to work
What we look for
- Five or more years shipping production software, with real on-call experience
- Fluency with coding agents and the judgement to review their output properly
- Comfort with ambiguity and with clients in the room
- Working proficiency in English; Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin is a strong plus
